Project Spotlight: Marlowe Apartments River North

Marlowe is a residential development in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.  Its located at 169 W Huron St in Chicago, IL. It is comprised of a 223,000 SF, 15-story tower on Huron Street and Wells Street that includes a total of 176 units. 

These state-of-the-art units have Smart Home technology that allows residents to control the lights, temperature, blinds, and music simply with voice commands – a first in the Chicagoland area! Residents can also program their smart units for specific scenes and moods, which is all included in the monthly rent.

Bonus would like to commend all our field and office workers that were a part of this project from initial ground break to the Summer 2018 completion.  We would also like to commend Lennar Multifamily Communities, Power Construction, Antunovich Associates Architects, Cosentini Associates, as well as our vendors and subcontractors that have helped us get this successful project to completion.
