Project Spotlight: 145 S Wells

Bonus Electric recently completed the 145 S. Wells office tower project in
downtown Chicago with general contractor Clark Construction, architect
TRA | Thomas Roszak Architecture, and developer Moceri + Roszak. This
20-story loft building, located just blocks away from Union Station, is the
newest building in the loop that offers premier amenity spaces for your
next office! Being located next to the “L” presented its own challenges
during construction, but it was well worth it. Our electricians performed
above and beyond yet again.

This project was truly unique and exciting to work on from development
through closeout. TRA & Moceri + Roszak have keen eyes for aesthetics
and worked closely with Clark Construction & Bonus Electric to deliver a
premium finished product. Be sure to view this building in person and pay
attention to how many electrical conduits & boxes were embedded into
the concrete, leaving minimal utilities exposed!
